1. Before Translation

Full refund if translation has not started.

2. During Translation

Proportional refund for untranslated portion.

3. Quality

Free revision if translation does not match agreed scope or contains errors. If unresolvable, partial refund.

4. Sworn Translations

Non-refundable once the sworn translation certificate is issued, as it is a legally binding document.
