1. Parties

2. Services

Translation and interpreting services delivered digitally. All deliverables are digital files unless interpreting is on-site.

3. Confidentiality

All documents submitted for translation are treated as strictly confidential. NDA executed with all translators and staff.

4. Payment

EUR. IVA 21% (Spain). Payment before delivery for new clients. Established clients: 15-day payment terms.

5. Accuracy

We guarantee accuracy of translation. Free revision if errors are found within 30 days of delivery.

6. Sworn Translations

Sworn translations carry the official seal and signature of a translator appointed by the MAEC. They are legally valid in Spain and internationally through apostille.

7. Law

Spanish law. Courts of Valladolid. EU ODR.
