Which services do you provide?

Our company performs different kinds of translation services (book translation services, immigration document translation, website translation services, etc.) as well as proofreading and editing services. Considering the last ones mentioned, it is worth to mention that we do not complete papers from scratch, but we edit already completed content/paper. Each order request should contain specific instructions on what has to done. In order to place your order, you need to press “Order Now” button on the website and fill in the form, as well as add your file for translation or correction.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer two the most secure payment systems: PayPal and Safecharge. You are welcome to choose either one of them. You do not need to have an account with the payment systems: you can easily pay with your credit or debit card using any of the two payment options as a guest.

What if I do not like the work you deliver to me?

For every order, we offer free revisions. By “free revisions” we mean that the client is able to request for revisions within the 10 days from the moment the first version of the translation was delivered to him/her. All the revisions are free of charge.

What prices do you offer?

The price for the order depends on word count and the deadline of the order. The shorter the deadline of the order – the higher the price. The minimum deadline we offer is 8 hours.

What does your company guarantee?

By ordering translation with us, you can be confident in your choice, since the company guarantees the following: always on-time delivery of your order, the order will be completed as per the given instructions only, perfect grammar and spelling, 24/7 online support via online-chat or phone, secure payment methods, confidentiality, etc.

I need the translation of my work in less than 8 hours, is it possible to be completed?

We offer different deadlines starting from 8 hours up to 14 days. If you need to request a shorter deadline, please, contact our support team and they will give you the answer and provide you with all possible ways to solve your problem.

What if I give more comments about the translation to the interpreter as soon as I get them from my boss?

The client is responsible to submit the needed comments to the translator before the expert starts working under the order. In case the time passes and the customer gives a new set of instructions to the translator, it will be considered as a change of the initial order instructions. For changing the original instructions of the order, the client will have to pay 70%-75% of the total order price. However, if the extra instructions are not crucial, they may be taken into account for free.

Is it possible to maintain the page layout?

We can deliver to you the final translated document in all editable file formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, editable PDFs, InDesign, Web and software formats, etc.)
