This contract determines the cooperation between the website TranslateForToday and its clients. These Terms and Conditions are the only ones that regulate all the orders between TranslateForToday and the party that acquires the services provided by the translator. The clients automatically agree with these rules after placing the order with the website.
There is a range of terms requiring clarification for the proper website usage.
“Company”, “We” or “Our”/ “Ours” refer directly to TranslateForToday, and specify the company that provides all kinds of translation services;
“Website” is a term meaning TranslateForToday;
“Customer”, “You”/ “Yours” means a recipient of a service provided by the Company by following his or her requirements;
"Product" refers to a service ordered by the customer on the website that offers translation services.
"Order" means the entire information indicated in an order form on the website. Our company offers two payment methods: PayPal and Gate2Shop, the client chooses the payment method he or she would like to use. It takes 15-20 minutes to assign the order to a proper translator. The support team chooses the interpreter for the order depending on the language, order instructions, deadline, etc.
The client is obligated to provide the company with the source text. By placing the order with TranslateForToday, the client automatically agrees to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Revision Policy, Pricing Policy.
Adjustments to the Agreement:
We reserve a right, in our sole prudence, to make necessary changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement. The company has a right to modify this Agreement at any suitable time. We might notify you about any changes to the Terms and Conditions, but this is totally customer’s responsibility to monitor any possible changes on the website TranslateForToday.
License:
The client is not allowed to modify, change, or download the content from the website, its parts, or whatsoever without permission from the Director of the company. The visitor or client is not permitted to distribute, use the content or company’s ideas, the company’s logo, or website design without permission of the Director of the Company TranslateForToday.
Our visitors or clients are not permitted to copy any information from the website and transfer it to third parties.
The company does not guarantee that all content remains updated all the time. We reserve a right to modify the content of the website at any time we would have a need for that.
Our Revision Policy:
The client has a right to request for free unlimited revisions for the order he places with TranslateForToday. “Unlimited revisions” means that the client has a right to request for an uncertain number of revisions within the next 10 days from the moment the first version of translation was delivered to him or her. The client has a right to ask for a translator’s reassignment only in case at least 3 revisions were made for the order.
In case the client wants a revision and 10 days from the moment of first delivery have passed, the client is obligated to pay 70% out of the initial order price.
The product ordered from the company TranslateForToday is intangible. The payment for a product is non-refundable. The company does not guarantee money back for the order. The client places the order with the company for his or her own risk.
The company guarantees to follow the instructions of the order and deliver the translation in a timely manner.
Privacy Policy:
All the information you provide us with is secured by our protection system. The company uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system in order to protect clients’ information. The information like credit card info, financial info, contact info is not stored on the server.
The services we provide can be ordered by people who are above 16 years old age. We have signed the agreement with COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act).
Our Pricing Policy:
All the prices we offer are stated in the section “Pricing” on the website TranslateFortoday. The prices are fixed and cannot be changed by any circumstance. The company offers discounts to returned clients. The client can ask for a discount from the support team.
Website Design, Logo, Pictures:
The client is not permitted to copy or transfer, distribute any pictures, logos, or website parts to any of the third parties. The company owns the logo, the pictures posted on the website, the content posted on the website, the information posted on the website and its parts.
The Client Confirms:
By placing an order with TranslateForToday, the client agrees with the following:
- The client will provide the company with a source text that should be translated by our interpreters and formatting requirements.
- The company reserves the right to assign the most suitable translator to order depending on the language and deadline the client requested.
- The client confirms that he or she will not copy, distribute, or transfer any information or content from the website. The client confirms that he or she will not publish the information on the website to any other third parties.
- The client confirms that he/she will pay for the order right after the order is placed on the website. We will not start working on the order until it is paid.
Disclaimers:
The client uses the service at their own risk. The company is not liable for any consequence that might happen to the delivered product. You use the service only because of your desire to do so. We are not responsible for any damage created to the delivered product after it was delivered to the client.
An Account on the Website:
You have a right for a personal account with TranslateForToday. The right for your account must not be assigned to any other parties. You are responsible for your account information. Please, keep your password at a safe place. Do not share your login and password information to other third parties.
The Agreement between the client and the company TranslateForToday becomes valid after the customer visits the website, places an order, or simply reads the website content for any personal needs.
